For Providers

At West Michigan Community Mental Health, we hold great value in our relationships with contracted professionals in the community. These partnerships help us provide our clients with more access to outstanding care and make for a stronger community overall.

Though many of the services offered by West Michigan CMH are provided in-house by our direct employees, other services are contracted through community resources. Whether you’re a professional with whom we currently contract or a service provider interested in becoming a contracted provider, you’ll find a variety of helpful resources here that pertain to you.

If you are a current provider and have questions related to billing claims, insurance claims or to request access to R3, please email Billing@wmcmhs.org.

If you are a provider and need to send an invoice to WMCMH, check the status of an invoice, or have questions about invoices, please email AccountsPayable@wmcmhs.org
