Application Process
West Michigan Community Mental Health System has a multi-step application process. The steps include the following:
- About the Applicant Profile
If you are a first time user of our recruiting website, you will need to create a profile in our system by completing the information below. Please note the following:
- You must answer each question to successfully create your Applicant Profile.
- Creating a profile requires a valid email address so that we may communicate with you during the application process. If you do not have an email address, you may register for a free email account at www.gmail.com, www.hotmail.com, www.yahoo.com, or another provider of your choice.
- When creating a profile please be sure to use your legal first name and last name rather than any nicknames by which you may be known and the last four digits of your social security number (SSN). - This site is secure and your personal information will remain confidential. For more information please review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Although not every applicant will ultimately become a member of our team, we promise to treat all applicants with the dignity and respect they deserve. All applicants who complete the four steps in our application process will be contacted.
