Oceana County

Oceana County is home to two of the offices of West Michigan Community Mental Health System. The administrative office is located on Lincoln Street and the Progressions Work Center, a gathering site for adults with mental illness or development disabilities, is located on S. Water Street in Hart.

Hart and Oceana County are known for their beautiful rolling hills, gorgeous orchards, fertile agricultural soil, and amazing sand dunes. Located along US 31 about 40 miles north of Muskegon, Hart has a population of about 2,000 and is the county seat for Oceana County which has a population of about 30,000.
